The Indianapolis Colts used Thursday night's national stage to reaffirm that they're truly prime-time players. The 41-10 dismantling of the New Orleans Saints in the RCA Dome was Indy's 11th straight victory in a regular-season night game.

"Again, we had a good night game,'' coach Tony Dungy said today, 12 hours after the NFL's kickoff extravaganza. "It was really an unbelievable atmosphere.''
After a few miscues in the first half, which ended in a 10-10 tie, the Colts found their rhythm on both sides of the ball. The offense scored on its first four second-half possessions -- three touchdowns and an Adam Vinatieri field goal -- and the defense kept turning up the pressure on a Saints' offense that ranked No. 1 in the league a year ago.
Colts players have Saturday and Sunday off, then return to the practice field Monday in preparation for a Sept. 16 road test at AFC South rival Tennessee.
